Listing
The
Listing Department is to store active property
listings for the usage of sales representatives
and agents. These listings are updated on a
regular basis to insure accurate availability and
integrity, and to provide the desired level of
customer service for the owners of the
properties.
Properties are listed under
different types and categories like: Residential
(apartments and villas), Commercial (shops and
offices), Lands, warehouses, and labor camps.
Listing Department handles all properties related
documents such as contracts, layouts, payment
structure and so on. Not only that but it also
created digital image library which contain all
related images and floor plans.
Marketing
The
Marketing department provides input on creation of
brochures, flyers, technical reports, advertising
and marketing programs, press releases, mail and
e-mail shots, tele canvassing, installation of
boards and banners to maximize market profile.
- Devise and implement strategic local,
regional or international marketing campaigns.
That includes both online and offline
activities.
- Advice and recommend on building
improvements, design modification, floor
layouts, lease structure, rental levels, and
incentive packages.
- Assist in the creation of legal
documentation to include: Agreements to Lease,
Lease Contract, process offers and administer
rental collections.
Information
Technology
The IT department
has established stable infrastructure to support
the functional units of VR Immobiliare. The
infrastructure is basically classified into two
categories: Web system & Networking. The
company has invested fairly on Portal development
& maintenance, CRM system, Basic level HRIS,
Servers, structured cabling & networking, WAN
and High-end Systems.
The department has
activities like Graphic designs for flash news,
newsletter, email marketing, brochure design, web
design, web administration & support,
programming for CRM system, listing module in
portal, Agents network module enhancement &
support, registered user support, HRIS
programming, system & network administration,
end user support, coordination with internal
departments & management to understand the
requirements and suggest the right solution.
